PolyWood™ is a wood mimic filament without actual wood powder, which removes all risks of nozzle clogs. PolyWood™ is made entirely with PLA using a special foaming technology. It exhibits the same density and appearance as wood.
Extrudr BioFusion is a new breed of excellent material, best suited for designers and makers who are looking for an extra shiny appearance of their printed parts. Besides the good and special looks, BioFusion is also stronger than standard PLA or PETG, so you can also use it for mechanical parts. The temperature resistance of the material is up to 75°C. As it is very easy to print and doesn’t require a heated bed or closed building chamber, not much experience is needed to get extraordinary results. Shine on!
PLA that changes color with temperature between 31 and 45C. Objects are green at room temperature, then turn pink when held in hands, and yellow at higher temps.
Made from ultra premium Sabic MG94 ABS resin, reduced warp, very strong parts, excellent flow & layer adhesion. Prints at lower temps (240-250C ideal) and flows twice as much as traditonal ABS. Excellent choice for fast & strong prints. Prints DEEP DARK BLACK and HIGH GLOSS , excellent high quality black pigment , fully opaque on the 1st layer.
For exceptional accuracy, finish & performance, choose Carbon Fiber Proto-pasta Carbon Fiber Composite HTPLA is a combination of milled carbon fibers & high-performance PLA. Resulting 3D printed prototypes & end-use parts are characterized by exceptionally form stability up to 160 deg C (320 deg F) when heat treated.
FILOALFA®'s ALFASILK is an easy to print material suitable for any type of 3D printer. The GLOSSY finish is enriched by a pleasant reflection very similar to that of silk from which it takes its name. The already excellent mechanical resistance, and a low retraction, is enriched by a greater impact resistance and elasticity that make it a highly performing material for various applications. FILOALFA®'s ALFASILK, completely non-toxic and odorless until high temperature, will amaze for the high adhesion between the layers if printed at higher temperatures.
PC+PBT (Polycarbonate + Polybutylene Terephthalate) Superior stiffness/ductility balance Great structural integrity and drop impact performance, Excellent fatigue performance, High chemical resistance to motor oil and grease.
ASA is a thermoplastic created to be similar to ABS, but with better weather resistance. ASA’s combination of high strength and flexibility along with its superior UV resistance makes it ideal for printing objects which may be used in the outdoors or in industrial settings. Due to its high glass transition temperature, a heated bed is required to successfully print with ASA.
PLA+ is made of the same great PLA but has different additives to toughen your prints, so they're even easier to print and more durable! This color is specially designed by designer Loubie3D
The first filament of its kind using an active foaming technology to achieve lightweight, low density PLA parts. At around 230C this material will start foaming, increasing its volume by nearly 3 times. Users can decrease material flow by 60% to achieve lightweight parts, or use the expanding properties to effectively reduce print time by using big layer heights or single extra thick perimeters.
RePLAy 100% Recycled PLA Filament is sourced from US-based filament manufacturers. They worked with filament makers in sourcing their scrap materials and re-introducing it into the manufacturing process. This material has shown great printing capabilities that can be found in higher priced, less eco-friendly alternatives. It is high strength and shown minimal warping during printing.
From the TreeD Architectural Materials line. For prints with a brick like finish.
Wood-PLA composite with 25-30% wood added.
Carbodeon uDiamond® PLA (polylactic acid) is a high-performance diamond enhanced 3D printing filament. It contains functionalized nanodiamond particles. Nanodiamonds are spherical and act as lubricant in the filament extrusion, causing no increase in nozzle wear. The enhanced thermal conductivity of the material enables printing speed up to 500mm/s. The diamond particles also reinforce the polymer structure, improving the stiffness, strength and adhesion between printed layers. The filament is suitable for consumer-grade and professional FDM/FFF 3D printers. Combination of stiffness, strength, wear resistance and unique thermal features make it the #1 PLA for functional mechanical prints.
EPR InnoPET is made from a premium, food approved PET (Polethylene terephtalate). PET is widely used to produce food and beverage containers and bottles. This high quality filament will give you outstanding printing results: good layer adhesion, high resolution, and easy to handle. It has a natural transparent, smooth look. EPR InnoPET can be 100% recycled.
Fluorinar-C™ is made from Arkema's Kynar Flex® PVDF. Our filament is both 100% Kynar® and 100% PVDF. Key Fluorinar-C™ advantages include Excellent toughness and abrasion resistance, Extreme chemical compatibility, Zzero flame propagation, Resistant to UV and ionizing radiation, High temperature use up to 150 C, low extractables, ISO 10993 certified.
